Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-22-Q-0004 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide technical regulatory training to government employees (including employees directly responsible for technical requirements for packaging, classifying, and certifying radioactive material and radioactive waste as proper for transportation and disposal) in an instructor-led classroom environment on the island of Oahu at an appropriate Pearl Harbor Naval Base training facility, or suitable alternate location as determined by PHNSY&IMF.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611430 for All Other Consumer Goods Rental. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $12,000,000. The Product Service Code is U099, Education/Training – Other.

Please note the following: 

• Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).
• Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3.
