Sealed Bids, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Douglas County High School Storm Drainage System Replacement will be received by the Owner at 11490 Veterans Memorial Highway, Douglasville, GA 30134, Attn: Kirk Nicholson until 3:00 PM, local time, on April 13, 2023. The bid award will be determined at the School Board meeting on May 15, 2023. The Project will include the removal and replacement of a Storm Drainage System. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Monday March 20, 2023 at 2:00 pm local time at Douglas County High School. After the Pre-Bid meeting, a site visit will be held for all bidders to evaluate the on-site conditions. This will be the only site visit held by the Owner and Engineer. All bidders are required to attend. The deadline for questions will be end of day March 27. 2023. Questions not in writing will not be accepted. No response other than in writing will be binding. Questions will be combined into one list of questions and responses and will be issued as an addendum. Answers will be issued March 30, 2023. The work will be awarded in one Contract.
