Requirement: Two Downdraft Tables
These tables will be used to control the dust generated by sanding aircraft parts with protective coatings such as paint, primer and sealants. The tables are not intended for grinding metal and nor will they be used in that manner. The tables are a means of capturing the airborne contaminates generated by hand sanding painted surfaces to reduce workers' exposure and cross contamination to adjacent work areas. The capture of dust from the metal substrate is not the intent. The Hepa filter is to collect the tiny particles generated by sanding protective coatings not aluminum or steel dust(s). Also, the tables will not be used for painting operations. The 2 tables will be the same with the exception of their power requirements.
Delivery will be made to 179th Air Lift Wing located at 1947 Harrington Memorial Road Mansfield, OH 44903.
This requirement is reserved for Small Businesses.
