The work under this contract shall be performed entirely within the City of Burbank, and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services, and performing all work necessary to install a wireless communications system to an existing fiber optic network in Downtown Burbank. Bidder must return completed Bidder's Proposal Sheets P-1(a) through P-6 of the General Conditions. Failure to do so will disqualify your bid. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held February 22, 2011, beginning at 9:00 AM. Please meet Ken Johnson, Asst. Public Works Director - Traffic at the Administrative Services Building, Main Conference Room, No. 315, 301 E Olive Ave, Burbank CA 91502 on this date and time. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting conference will disqualify your bid. All QUESTIONS concerning this Bid Schedule may be submitted, in writing, no later than March 2, 2011.
