Reed Gym HVAC Upgrade, ISU A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include completely new HVAC upgrade for the basement of the Reed Gym facility. Project also includes upgrades to the HVAC system on the main level, excluding the gymnasium and locker rooms. The second level HVAC system is also included in the project. Project includes replacing the Reed Gym pool room HVAC system. Patching and repairing architectural finishes where damaged during construction is included in the project along with repainting of the pool area ceiling structure. Estimated Cost: $1,650,000
