Alumni and Visitor’s Center - Idaho State University Project Description: The vision for the ISU Alumni and Visitors Center is not only to house ISU Alumni Relations, but to be a “front door” for the University. The proposed location on campus would make it highly visible for those entering campus via Memorial Drive, and it would be an ideal first stop for visitors of all kinds, especially donors and prospective students. The building will be approximately 26,281 square feet within one-story and a partial basement. In addition, site elements such as ADA parking, outdoor event space, landscaping, and all utilities are included in the project. Structural steel framing with brick veneer and metal siding embellished with metal awnings and precast concrete trim will be the envelope for the building, topped with a single-ply membrane roof. Estimated Cost: $7,450,000
