Restroom update and renovation. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a full renovation of Colonial Hall’s restrooms. The renovation includes revising the bathroom layout to be ADA accessible, new fixtures, ceilings and finishes. The project provides updated Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical systems for the restrooms. The project will relocate existing Mechanical units and IT Servers out of the restrooms and into other locations of the building. Estimated Cost: $396,800
