Includes new finishes throughout, including paint, base, and flooring including identified electrical replacements within the areas as indicated in and on the drawings and specifications. Includes work on basement level for removal and replacement of structural supports for foyer floor and replacing ceiling, lighting, and removal and reinstallation of casework at Storage Room #124A.
