The goal of USAID’s Good Governance Activity (GGA) is to improve the financial management of public resources to increase the transparency, accountability and availability of local resources for the Democratic Republic of Congo’s (DRC) development. The Contractor must address the institutional conditions that enable corruption through improved public financial management at the provincial and local levels. As part of the Anti-Corruption Response Fund (ACRF) pilot component, USAID’s Good Governance Activity will also focus on improving transparency and accountability in the public financial management of mining resources and align this approach to address the Mission’s interagency anticorruption priorities related to the mining sector.
