The National Institutes of Health, Office of Acquisitions Station Support Simplified Acquisitions Branch on behalf of the National Eye Institute (NEI) intends to negotitate, on a non-competitive basis, with Heska Corporation located at 3760 Rocky Mountain Aveune, Loveland, CO 80538. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1) and FAR 13.501 (a)(1) to use Simplified Acquisition Procedure for commercial items.

The National Eye Institute requires the replacement and upgrade of the now obsolete equipment for an updated version of the Veterinary Chemistry Analyzer with newer technology and quick input and output of information to continue the operations of the Animal Facility located on NIH Main Campus.
