Intent: It is the intent of these specifications to secure professional services to design, provide, deliver, and operate a themed drone light show at Heritage Park for the City of Irving’s Christmas Tree Lighting celebration. The proposers shall be responsible for obtaining and providing all local and state permits, equipment, materials, labor, and insurance. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and the responses will be posted as soon as they are received from the department. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued The City of Irving strongly encourages proposers to submit their response to this bid electronically.
