Vessel must be able to move a minimum of 109,512 sq feet of rolling stock, MHE, helicopters and containers. Vessel must be capable of 17 knots or greater transit speeds. Vessel must have berthing for a force protection team of 12 persons. All non-containerized cargo must be able to be stowed under deck.
