Vessel(s) Required: A US or foreign flag container vessel (coaster) to move a minimum of 10 TEUs of class 1 munitions from Ashdod dock to another vessel at Talamone Bay anchorage. Movement will require in-stream operations. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904, preference will be given to U.S. Flag vessels and VISA participants.
