Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to a small business set-aside through beta.SAM.gov.

This acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order using NAICS code 541519 “Other Computer Related Services,” and is a competitive small business set-aside. The anticipated period of performance will be 15 February 2021 through 31 December 2022.

The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time is specified in an amendment to the solicitation.
