The Texas Army National Guard has a requirement for five (5) DSLR Photo Booths meeting or exceeding the technical requirements as described in the attached Solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitaiton is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94 and 95, effective August 1, 2017.

Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to [email protected] . Questions should be received no later than August 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm local time, after the issuance date of this solicitation. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identifiation of the questioner, and will be inlcuded in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
