REV 1 DRAWINGS consists of a 6-Story Kimpton Hotel and 6-Story Staybridge Suites hotel, shared Garage, Lobbies, Restaurant, Ballrooms, Rooftop Bar, Terrace space, Site work and Landscaping totaling 310,000 SF. Provide deducts for sales tax along with your bid. Prevailing Wage Rates and MBE/WBE participation as required by the City of St. Louis Ordinance 70767 will apply. Provide a breakdown listed by Building – Kimpton Hotel Total Cost and Staybridge Total Cost. -REVISION 1 Narrative is provided however all subcontractors are responsible for a full review of the drawings as the narrative may not include all changes.
