This requirement is for NSN 5840-01-026-1412, Duct Assy, Modified which is identified by Ability Metal Company, CAGE 96436, P/N 119B271G01 and Northrop Grumman Systems, CAGE 97942, P/N 119B271G01. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 30 each for the base year and each option year. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
