Proposals will be received in the offices of Duet, 4715 S 132nd Street, Omaha, NE 68137 until 2:00 p.m. on the 25th day August 2022, for the furnishing of all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, all of the Work required for the Duet Duplex Project, Papillion, Nebraska. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:15pm on the 25th day of August 2022 at the offices of Duet, 4715 S 132nd Street, Omaha, NE 68137 The Work includes but is not limited to the new construction of a single story duplex with attached garages, all interior materials and finishes as noted in the Contract Documents, and any furnishings as noted on the drawings. The Work includes all site work as indicated on the Contract Drawings, including but not limited to site grading and landscaping, construction of new sidewalks, and connection of new utilities. Mechanical and electrical systems are to be designed and built by the General Contractor. CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
