The Army National Guard has a requirement for 2,500 duffel bags needed with logo (to be provided).
One (1) sample shall be sent for approval, prior to delivery and production of the lot. These items need to be 100% made in America.

Product specifications for duffel bag:
• Black in color
• Dimensions - H 13" x W11" x L 20"
• Material - 600 Denier poly canvas
• Expandable shoulder strap with shoulder pad
• Two hand straps with Velcro connector
• Large flap top opening with zipper
• One side zipper pocket on long side of bag
• Two end pockets with zippers
• One imprint area
o Centered 1" under zipper of side pocket
o Imprint area can be up to L 6" x H 2"
o Imprint color golden yellow
o NYARNG Stacked logo to be used
o Artwork provided by Marketing

Proposals must include the following line items:
Line item 0001- 2,500 duffel bags, unit cost, total price (includes all applicable fees and shipping)
Line item 0002- One (1) sample duffle bag, unit cost, total price (includes all applicable fees and shipping)

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and include representations and certifications.
