The Government is in need of a non-personal services contract to provide dumpsters rental and hauling services at the Seward Military Resort. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing these services. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non- personal services necessary to provide dumpsters rental and hauling services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall provide the dumpsters rental and hauling services necessary to ensure proper waste disposal in support of the Seward Military Resort. Services shall include rental, delivery, pick-up, set-up, and hauling of four 6CY dumpsters with bear proof lids. All work performed by the Contractor shall be in compliance with all known and applicable Federal, State, and U.S Army regulations and laws, and standard industry practices for this work. In the event of conflict between regulatory guidance, Federal law(s) shall govern. The work to be performed is necessary to ensure continuous, safe, and reliable waste disposal that supports the customer’s mission.
