This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Reference No. 09ART0023. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The NACIS code is 562212, size standard of $12.5 million. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico has a requirement for the following Roll off Dumpster Service: 1. Provide three (3) roll off dumpsters, located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, 1300 W. Richey Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico. Dumpsters are to be emptied once per week as scheduled – Quantity 156 each. 2. Disposal of Waste from the three (3) dumpsters – Estimate is 1.5 tons X 4 weeks, 6 tons X 3 containers, for a total estimate of 18 tons per month – Total estimated amount of tons is 216 tons. Offerors are to provide the charge per ton. 3. Environmental Fee. Offerors are to provide the charge per ton. Offerors shall identify ay additional charges to be incurred with their quote. The period of performance is October 1, 2008 September 30, 2009.
