The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal , AL., intends to awards Duramar , on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302.1, " Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," for Duramar.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Governments intent to award sole-source purchase to Duramar.
