DVR Laboratory Animal Diet and Bedding, RFQ # 75N98020Q00033

I.:  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the Contract Specialist ([email protected]). Questions shall be received no later than February 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. EST.

II.:  The solicitation number is RFQ # 75N98020Q00033 and solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

III.:  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02, effective 11/23/2020.

IV.:  The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 311119 and the Standard Size is 500 employees. This requirement is for full and open competition. The acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
