Pulverizing the existing asphalt and aggregate base to a depth of 12 inches, removing 4 inches of the pulverized base, lime/cement treating the to a depth 8 inches and placing 4 inches of HMA; applying an acrylic seal coat to the new asphalt surface; removing and disposing of existing tennis court hardware and install new tennis court hardware; installing new windscreen; new paint markings and all other miscellaneous details associated with the work.
