The 7th Contracting Squadron will be soliciting a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside for a Single award IDIQ. This solicitation will be for the Dyess AFB Painting IDIQ. This Indefinite‐Delivery Indefinite‐Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be for a broad range of general paint requirements, sand blasting/water blasting, cleaning of surfaces, application of paint, coating, surface requirements, providing materials, taping and finishing, wall coverings, and lead based paint removal at Dyess AFB, Texas via individual task orders. 

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the work as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) of individual task orders.

Place of Performance will be at Dyess AFB, Texas. 

The Period of Performance will be One Base year + 4 individual option years. 

IAW FAR 36.204(f) the disclosure of magnitude for this IDIQ will be Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Award amounts will be determined at the Task order level. 

The Government intends to award on a past performance trade-off basis. The solicitation will be issued via www.sam.gov website. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Prospective contractors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The SAM site is http://www.sam.gov When the solicitation is downloaded, it is important to read the solicitation COMPLETELY. There will be no preannouncement of when the solicitation will be available; however, the issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 26 December 2023 with a closing date of 30 days after issuance.
