Solicitation __N00421-17-T-0081___ is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with _Kahn Industries Companies__, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
