This is a notice of intent from Naval Air Systems Command to issue a firm fixed price (FFP) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order on an other than full and open competition basis under existing BOA N00019-10-G-0004 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Bethpage, NY, for the consumable spare parts for the E-2D Advanced Hawkey (AHE) aircraft, in accordance with the E-3D AHE Full-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) configuration and functionality. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the E-2 aircraft weapons system, NGSC is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the required supplies and services.
