Amendment 05 to Solicitation N00019-14-R-1007 hereby is released. Clause 5252.217-9509, Liability for Government Property Undergoing Service, Repairs, or Modifications, is removed.

The Government realized the clause should have been removed in Amendment 04 when the reference to Clause 52.245-2 was removed from the PWS. This amendment corrects that oversight.
