Notice of Intent to Sole Source Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Exhibit Space Solicitation Number: VA701-12-I-0088 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity - Central intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) for the purchase of exhibit space at the Las Vegas, NV conference scheduled for February 20-24, 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
