Notice of Intent to Sole Source AMSUS Annual Meeting Booth Space Solicitation Number: VA701-12-I-0428 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements." The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with the Phoenix Convention Center to provide exhibit/booth space at their AMSUS 118th Annual Meeting scheduled for November 11-15, 2012. The NAICS code for this procurement is 531120 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 7.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
