Notice of Intent to Sole Source Modern Day Marines Expo Booth Space Solicitation Number: VA701-12-I-0429 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements." The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with the Modern Day Marines Exhibit Hall to provide exhibit/booth space at the Modern Day Marines Expo in Quantico, Virginia scheduled for September 25-27, 2012.
