FIRE DEPARTMENT (MULTI-FIRE TRAINING SYSTEM) Solicitation Number: M67399-05-Q-0003 Description Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Swede Survival Systems, INC. for the installation of Phase V of a multi-story, multi-fire training system. This proposed contract action is for installation and training for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and a capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received that warrants a competitive procurement a contract will be awarded to Swede Survival Systems, INC.
