The City of Cleburne is accepting quotes for the quarterly and annual maintenance contract of thirteen (13) emergency backup generators within the City. The contract term is for an initial twelve (12) month period with two (2) additional 12-month options to extend. Prices shall be separated individually by each unit. Questions concerning this quote shall be addressed to Utilities Superintendent James Randell at 817-645-0946 or via email at [email protected] All attached forms need to be completley filled out and submitted along with the quote. If the forms are not turned in or are incomplete the quote will not be accepted. Responses to the Request for Quote will only be accepted when submitted through the Purchasing email of [email protected] no later than Wedenesday, November 23, 2022 at 5:00pm. Timely submission of the quote is the responsibility of the potential vendor. Quotes submitted after this time will not be accepted. In accordance with Chapter 2271, Texas Government Code, a governmental entity may not enter into a contract with a company for goods and services unless the contract contains a written verification from that company that it: (1) does not boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract. The person submitting a quote on behalf of company verifies that the company does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this contract.
