The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) AOE Signal Interface Assembly (assembly in accordance with Assembly Drawing REV A and Wiring Diagram REV A), P/N 5341-720000-019; 2) Switched Power Distribution Assembly (assembly in accordance with Assembly Drawing REV B and Wiring Diagram REV B), P/N 5341-710000-019; 3) Vane Axial Fan for AYK-14 Cooling Tray Assembly, P/N 026964; 4) Radar Control Panel Assembly (assembly in accordance with Assembly Drawing REV - and Wiring Diagram REV -), P/N 5341-21K200-009; 5) Power Control Panel Assembly Spare Switch set (3 Switches), P/N TIIK541CWHFWXES1-SET; 6) Radar Control Panel Assembly Spare Knob Set, P/N 21K200KNOBS. This requirement is sole sourced to B&C Systems Inc., 3484 Christy Ridge Rd., Sedalia, CO, 80135as the only vendor able to produce these parts. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
