Provide a new standby power system designed to interrupt and refeed an existing, three-phase, overhead, 4160 volt power line, in the area of Building 121. This new power system will consist of twin, paralleled, 600 KW, 480 volt, diesel-fueled generators, a step-up transformer, and medium-voltage, closed-transition transfer switch, designed to produce and manage standby power, in support the existing 4160volt electrical systems feeding the existing Barracks and other buildings off the West Hill Road system, in the event of a utility power outage
