This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0541 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53; Defense Circular Number 20110725; Air Force Circular 2011-0714. This procurement is being issued as a brand name requirement under NAICS code 339113 with no size standard.

Description:

All products must be brand name from Eagle Industries. To bid on this solicitation you must be an authorized dealer of Eagle industries. Attached is the brand name justification letter.

All quotes shall include price for each individual line item. Any applicable taxes shall be added into the individual line items.

Shipping will be FOB Destination to Attn: Paul Olson, 5020 E Arizola St, Building 1630, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707.
