The library's patron's will have access to these platforms via the library's proxy system (EZProxy; vendor OCLC) using their 10 digit library card and six letter password (no PII is used or stored on proxy system). Any technical issues that occur on the e-book or the database platforms will be the responsibility of the vendor at no additional cost to the Government.
