This sole source award is under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) - Soliciting from a Single Source. This requirement is for brand name Eclipse Vox CAT Software, Licenses, and Updates. Advantage Software is the sole manufacturer of Eclipse products and services. Advantage Software maintains proprietary rights to the manufactured equipment and no other software is authorized under MARADMIN 615-16, dated November 2016.

A formal solicitation was not developed for this requirement. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
