ECP 0006R1 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award ECP-ATFLIR 0006R1 “Input Image Processor (I2P) Retrofit Solution” as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-05-G-0008 to Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems on a sole source basis. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ATFLIR Pod and owns the technical data rights. The purpose of this ECP is to resolve non-procurable part issues on the ATFLIR pod processors, as well as to replace Non-Uniformity Correction and Scene Non-Uniformity Correction (two Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)) with the Input Image Processor-I2P (one Circuit Card Assembly). This opens a CCA slot allowing the facilitation for the retrofit installation of ECP-ATFLIR-0035 (EO Daylight Operations Improvement).
