This Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to ENGINEERING DESIGN TEAM, INC. 1400 NW Compton Drive Ste 315 Beaverton, OR, 97006 for the following manufactured products:

Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to issue a sole source contract to ENGINEERING DESIGN TEAM, INC.

The use of another vendor's product, assuming a
qualified vendor or product can be found, would require
unbudgeted and unanticipated system integration, operability, functionality, software redesign, form fit re-design, accreditation and testing.

This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NSWCDD. All responses must be submitted to the government point of contact at the email address shown below.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
