The Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO) is seeking an intermittent Personal Services Contractor (PSC) to serve as Director of MCC’s Equal Employment Opportunity program. The contractor shall perform all functions required to manage and oversee MCC's policy and program of non-discrimination, including compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations and policies. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
