In Accordance with FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) Factor for evaluation is price for the position requested.

Statement of Work part 13.0 states:
13.1 Resume and business proposal.
Business proposal shall be removed from candidate qualifications.
13.2 References, no less than two.
13.3 Proof of qualifying work experience.
The information listed in part 13.0 represents the candidate's proposed and is not an evaluation factor of award. This is solely to determine if the candidate submitted is qualified to perform the tasks outlined in the Statement of work.

Clause 52.222-42 STATEMENT OF EQUIVALENT RATES FOR FEDERAL HIRES (MAY 1989) has been changed to add General Service Employment Class GS-9.

The solicitation will be extended to the due date as stated in the 1449 of 2 September 2011.
