This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The USCG is looking for sources capable of repair on the Embedded GPS Inertial Navigation System (EGI) receiver utilized on the MH-65 aircraft required by the Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard. This specific avionics component is identified below in Table A. TABLE A Nomenclature NSN P/N Repair EGI Receiver 1680-01-HS2-0768 HG9869N1-001 This sources sought has been issued to survey the market to identify suitable sources for consideration. This EGI Receiver is manufactured by Honeywell International and is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Capable sources responding to this sources sought request must provide documentation of being an authorized OEM repair facility. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 12/15/14 5:00 PM EST. This notice is to assist the USCG in determining potential sources. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not a request to be added to a prospective offerors list or to receive a copy of a solicitation. Reimbursement will not be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests.
