Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator in person at the City of Gilroy Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020, between 1:30 and 2:00 PM, PST, April 5, 2022, for the Eigleberry and Seventh Parking Lot, Project No. 20-PW-444. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM. The work includes: Furnishing all labor, materials, incidentals, and equipment necessary to construct a parking lot along Seventh Street, between Eigleberry Street and Gourmet Alley, with hot mix asphalt paving, associated signing and striping, associated concrete flatwork, installation of ADA- compliant curb ramps, installation of a bioretention facility with associated drainage infrastructure, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, other amenities, and other work incidental thereto. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be accepted. An electronic copy of the bid documents can be obtained from this City of Gilroy Website. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all prospective parties shall check the City’s website for any addendums. Bids delivered before April 5, 2022 at 1:30 PM must be delivered to the City Hall Information Desk at the northeast entrance of City Hall. Please note that City Hall is currently open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays by appointment only. All visitors must check in at the Information Desk.
