The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source contract for one year period under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to eLearning Brothers for specific proprietary eLearning Brothers Developer Subscription Package, includes 1) Libraries: People Cut Out, Templates, Stock Assets and 2) PPT Graphics Library that will be used for training purposes by the IRS eLearning developers agency‐wide. The anticipated date of contract award is on or before August 31, 2018.

This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized.

However, if you have the capability to fulfill this requirement, you may submit such
capabilities in writing to the IRS Point of Contact. Written response to this NOTICE must be provided to this office electronically no later than August 29, 2018 by 12:00 PM, Eastern Time.
