Request for quote(s) will be solicited only from Elearning Brothers, LLC. due to proprietary software rights to the company. The NAICS code for this action is 611710. Period of performance of September 30, 2019 through September 29, 2020 for maintenance provided with the purchase of this product. This Notice is not a Request for Quote and no solicitation will be issued. This Notice only pertains to the following items as described in the attached Statement of Work. Written response to this notice may be provided. If provided, it must be received by this office no later than 12:00 noon EST on September 19, 2019. Additionally, documentation must establish your capability and willingness to fulfill the requirement. Written responses will be used to determine if this acquisition will be made competitively. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
