Solicitation of services to provide all labor and equipment to electron beam weld the following:

1. 5 sets of 4130 steel Test Plates
2. 1 M284 Scrapped Casting
3. 1 M776 Scrapped Casting
4. 1 Two Piece Forged M284 Prototype
5. 1 Two Piece Forged M776 Prototype

Contractor will ensure welding on prototypes is done to meet the dimensional requirements of attached drawings 11578888_WT and 11580141_WT.

Service Contract Labor Standards WD 2015-4143 Rev 13 applies.
