The Uniformed Services University of the Health and Sciences (USUHS), Bethesda, MD and US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (AMRMC),  and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Mary Ann Libert, New Rochelle, NY  to provide electronic site licenses to numerous online journals.  The multi-site licenses will provide unlimited access for all remote computer services users at the USUHS, and AMRMC and DTRA. The collection contains the following 60 titles listed below.  Sole source determination is based on Mary Ann Libert being publisher and sole owner of the copyright to the collection. The contract will cover all publications offered by Mary Ann Libert and will allow for additional new publications offered by Mary Ann Libert as they become available during the terms of the contract. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ).
