The Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance at Multiple Locations (Regions A, B and C) throughout the North East Coast. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Elevator Maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations.
PLEASE SEE THE DETAILED REQUIREMENT IN THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT AND LOCATIONS LISTING EXHIBIT A.
The following questions are requested from industry:
1. How will you be able to perform services throughout the locations listed on Exhibit A?
2. How will you obtain the elevator certification based on inspection for each elevator at all locations?
3. If you can't perform services at all areas, please specify the locations you will be able to perform services.
4. In accordance with Limitation of Subcontracting FAR 52.219-14, explain how your company will be compliant.
