A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. CDT on Friday April 16, 2021. We will meet at Westridge Elementary School to start, from there we will go to Elkhorn Middle School that is directly west of the Westridge and then drive over to Elkhorn High School. The Owner, Elkhorn Board of Education, 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022 will receive sealed bids for a combined contract, including the General, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the construction of Elkhorn Public Schools, Elkhorn High School, Elkhorn Middle School, and Westridge Elementary School – Capital Improvements, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), Thursday, May 6, 2021, at the Administration/Central Office Building, Board of Education Room located at 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close. The Work of this Contract comprises construction operation to the Elkhorn Public Schools Elkhorn High School, Elkhorn Middle School, and Westridge Elementary School – Capital Improvements, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022 accordance with the Contract Documents. Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Elkhorn Public Schools. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check. CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
